Sterile mesotherapy skin cocktails to be deposited into the skin via microneedling procedure
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy is one of the most sought after aesthetic treatments today.
It is highly recommended to treat to following conditions:
Lines and wrinkles
Sagging of the skin
Non pustular rosacea
We use a superior automated device, the Genosys Dermafix™ Pen, which offers extreme precision and control to the skin care professional, allowing the treatment to be completely tailored to specific skin conditions.
How does it work?
The device uses very fine sterile needles that create hundreds of micro-channels into the skin. This activates the natural wound healing response from the body. Even though the wound is minuscule, each wound goes through the 3 classic phases of healing as any wound would and as a result new collagen and elastin fibres are formed plumping out the skin.
Another great advantage with this treatment is the delivery of active ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin, enhancing results even further. The tiny open channels created by the device allows up to 80% more product into the skin compared to 7-10% with normal topical application. We work with serums specifically formulated to be deposited into the skin via the microneedling device.
Most people show mild to moderate redness that becomes less visible day after day. Skin will be sensitive for the first 2 to 3 days. If redness is not an issue, you can resume your daily activities the following day.
What does it feel like?
You will be aware of the treatment, but you should not feel pain. Numbing cream is applied to the area before treatment. Most clients describe feeling a mild prickling sensation in certain areas and nothing at all in others.
